What to do if your Account has been Locked

As a security measure if you enter your password or two-factor authenticator code (if enabled) incorrectly three times your account will be temporarily locked. Your organisation will have set how long the lock-out period is and could be between one and 24 hours.

When your account is locked you will see a message like this along with how long your account is locked for.

You will also be sent an email informing you that your account has been locked. From here you can reset your password which will also release the lock.
