Once a conversation has been closed, you will be given the opportunity to leave a rating. This helps your organisation evaluate management responses and resolutions.
Leaving a rating
As you run your mouse over the stars they will change colour and the associated response will be shown on the right hand side. When you have the level you require, click the appropriate star. Click the “Send” button when complete.
