What3Things
Once you’ve got access to your WorkInConfidence instance with What3Things you’ll be able to immediately start promoting your link (what3things.at/<folder>) for your employees to use.
Your What3Things page contains a form that captures information from your employees on a monthly basis. Once the month ends, you will receive a monthly report containing summaries for the three questions in the form. You can go to the What3Things View Feedback page to see individual responses and the sentiment scores for each question.
Below are some additional steps you might find useful when it comes to using the module.
1. Upload a PNG logo for your organisation (bottom of Settings > System Management > Settings)
2. Make changes to your W3T page’s description (Settings > What3Things > Settings)
3. Add any other people who you’d like to have access to W3T. You can assign the What3Things Manager or the What3Things Admin role for this module specifically.
4. View the Promotion page for details on promoting your W3T page.

Note: the Primary Admin and Company Admin roles have access to all of the pages associated with What3Things.

Emails:
Your monthly What3Things report is sent to the following roles: Primary Admin, What3Things Admin, What3Things Manager.
There is also monthly email with ideas on how to promote the module which is sent to these roles: Primary Admin, Company Admin, What3Things Admin.
Managing your subscription
If you’ve subscribed to What3Things directly on what3things.net you can manage your subscription through our portal.
