In WorkInConfidence you have the ability to enable email-less registration as an option for your users. This means that anyone who has your personalised link can register on the platform without needing an email address. You can enable this in Settings > System Management > Settings: After the setting is enabled users using your link will see an additional option when on the sign up page as shown below

After it is clicked an username which can be changed is automatically generated for the user and all they need to do is set a password for the account.

Once the account is created the user can start a conversation the same as any other account. They also have the ability to associate an email address or a phone number with the account should they want to receive notifications.
