The WorkInConfidence Dashboard give administrators a snapshot of the current state of conversations, discussions and surveys.
The Dashboard is available to any users that have one or more of the following roles:
- Primary Admin
- Company Admin
- Run Report Admin
- Conversation Admin (Top & Conversations panels only)
- Survey Admin (Top & Survey panels only)
- Discussion Admin (Top & Discussion Board panels only)
Setting the reporting period
The date picker on the Dashboard allows you to choose the range you would like to see data for. You can either choose from a series of pre-defined ranges (such as Yesterday, Last month etc) or you can set your own custom date range. Select the start and end dates and click the Update button to apply the range. By default the range is set to the last 30 days.
The Dashboard Statistics Panel (“Top Panel”)
The top panel in the Dashboard is available to all users that have access to the Dashboard and shows information about the number of registered users on the system and how many conversations have been created.
The Conversations Panel
The Conversations panel brings together the information that clients tell us that they need quick access to. The top statistics show the number of conversations open and closed during this period. Below that are the two most run reports – number of conversations by category and open conversations by manager. Use the View Full Report button at the bottom of the panel (not shown) to jump through to the full report.
Downloading a PDF Report
It is possible to download a report in PDF format containing extended information about the Conversations raised during the selected period. To do this simply click on the PDF logo to the right of the date range selector.

The Discussions Panel
Similarly the Discussions panel shows you the most active board during your selected period. From here you can jump to the board or to the individual thread to view.
The Surveys Panel
The final panel gives a snapshot of surveys that were running during the period that was selected.
