This months release brings a number of improvements to the Upload Users page including better user interface, accessibility and new features. We have also introduced the option to send out a feedback survey when a conversation is closed.

The list below covers the major changes and bug fixes in this release:

• ENH: Allow upload of users with a unique reference to allow them to be “matched” with CRM systems

• BUG: Double-clicking quickly when registering caused an error
• BUG: Adding an ‘Other’ response to a single-select pick list no longer breaks the chart on Long surveys
