The following article explains when the notification emails are sent by SpeakInConfidence and how you can change them.
There are three types of notifications sent by SpeakInConfidence: Manager Notification, Reminder and Escalation. These are shown below:
Notifications are sent to the receiving Manager when a dialogue is sent to them by a member of staff. These are either sent Immediately or at the End of Day depending on your organisations settings. Any Administrator can change this in the settings panel.
The Notification email is sent only once.
A Reminder email is sent to the receiving Manager after a set period if they haven’t added a comment to the dialogue. Reminders can be sent on a schedule that Administrators can set in Manage Email Schedule.
By default the Reminder email is sent every day for five days.
After the last Reminder email has been sent if the Manager still hasn’t sent responded to the dialogue then an Escalation email is sent to the Primary Admin informing them that the dialogue is outstanding. Again Escalation emails can be sent on a schedule that Administrators can set in Manage Email Schedule.
By default the Escalation email is sent only once.
