This release is centred around the Discussion Boards and brings about major changes to their aesthetics as well as some new functionalities such as the ability to promote threads. We have also added a new role of ‘Discussion Recipient’ as a result of these changes.

In addition, the ‘Start a Conversation‘ page has also been improved. Changes include improved wording, a clearer layout and information on response times for managers. Also in this release we’re adding the ‘Other’ option to Pick Lists which if enabled allows users to add their own options to the pick lists used when starting a conversation.
