This release introduces notifications by text for users. On logging in users now have the opportunity to set a mobile number. They also have the opportunity to opt-in or out of the types of notifications they want to receive when starting a new conversation.
In addition to the usual bug fixes, accessibility and performance improvements the list below covers the major changes in this release:
- ENH: All buttons have been changed from orange to blue to make them more accessible
- ENH: Link colour changed to improve colour contrast for accessibility
- ENH: Text notifications for users
- ENH: Change “Average time to respond” to “Average time to first response” on dashboard
- ENH: Update illustrations on Home page
- ENH: Allow eml and msg file types to be uploaded on Manager Actions
- ENH: Allow links to be hyperlinked in a managers response in Protect
- ENH: Improvements to the display of user images in Home and Inbox headers
- BUG: Manager Overdue Conversations email missing number of days
- BUG: For new clients bullet points weren’t being populated
- BUG: Remove “domainid” from list
- BUG: Timeout on very large Excel extracts
- BUG: Subject line missing off some emails
- BUG: Manager Action toggles not working
