Improvements to the “Raise a Question” functionality and other fixes.
- ENH: Add a notification to the Dashboard if there are open questions
- BUG: Manager can’t comment and reopen when rating questions are turned off
- BUG: Primary Admin can’t see Shared Dialogues in menu
- BUG: Tracking guid use no longer redirects to question
- BUG: No folder selected when creating a report folder
- BUG: Reports box is too big
- BUG: Emails have link to wrong Twitter account
- BUG: Scroll bars on IE cover right side of screen
- BUG: Prevent an admin from changing the “Category” label
- ENH: A system sent question doesn’t include tracking guid
- Other bug fixes and minor user interface tweaks.
