Release Notes (v4.6.3) – 12th March 2018

This release introduces Pick Lists for capturing information. In addition to the existing Categories you can now create your own drop down lists that appear on Start a New Dialogue. We have also released nine new reports and update the existing ones. Please see here for details on how to download these reports.

The following are the major updates in this release:

  • ENH: Replace Categories with Pick Lists. You can now create multiple drop downs. See here for details.
  • ENH: Existing reports now can filter out active/inactive managers or categories as appropriate
  • ENH: New report – Number of Open and Closed Dialogues
  • ENH: New report – Closure rate
  • ENH: New report – Pre-registered but not activated questionnaire
  • ENH: New report – Registered and not activated questionnaire
  • ENH: New report – Registered and no message sent questionnaire
  • ENH: New report – Average time to closure by manager
  • ENH: New report – How timely was the response from the manager
  • ENH: New report – How helpful was the response from the manager
  • ENH: New report – Average response time by manager
  • Minor bug fixes.
