In this release we have added the ability to automatically send out a request to complete a feedback survey when a case is closed.
As well as the usual bug fixes and performance improvements this release includes:
- ENH: When creating a note on an existing case you can specify the date and time for the note
- ENH: Added the ability to send a link to a WorkInConfidence feedback survey when closing a case and the email address for a contact is available.
