CCM Release Notes (v2.7.4) – 23rd March 2021

This release introduces tighter integration between Consolidated Case Management and WorkInConfidence.

As well as the usual bug fixes and performance improvements this release includes:

  • ENH: You can now launch Consolidated Case Management from WorkInConfidence without having to login again (SSO)
  • ENH: If you are the conversation recipient you can launch WorkInConfidence directly from Consolidated Case Management opening the specified case.
