CCM Release Notes (v2.5.2) – 10th October 2020

This was a minor release for Consolidated Case Management (CCM) with a number of important changes made ‘under the hood’ to improve the performance. The major change for users is the implementation of multi-factor authentication so If MFA is enabled on your WorkInConfidence account you will now be prompted to enter your authentication code on login.

In addition to the usual bug fixes and performance improvements the list below covers the major changes in this release:

  • ENH: added Multi-factor Authentication.
  • ENH: added downtime notification to the login pager
  • ENH: added CCM to
  • ENH: increased server size and updated PHP version
  • BUG: fixed issue where cases for new clients weren’t syncing.
