User Guide
TextInConfidence lets anyone related to an organisation text concerns, feedback or questions to you anonymously. You are able to text back and at all times their identity and your mobile number will be completely protected.
This section provides help and guidance on using TextInConfidence for administrators.
Administrators
An Administrator can:
- add new incoming mobile numbers
- allocate which mobile number should receive the incoming messages
- view statistics.
